In MuNCH research was done to find ways to enrich video knowledge through the automated analysis of digital moving images.
The automatic analysis makes it possible to provide audiovisual material with detailed metadata on a large scale. In addition to images, we also looked at the language used to describe visual material, such as the thesaurus, and the visual material, such as query log analysis.
The project is financed within the CATCH programme of NWO.
