Cor van Veen
Cor van Veen has been working as a coordinator in the Ingest department since 2015. In recent years he has been intensively involved in the preparations for the implementation of the new media asset management system of Sound & Vision. His focus was on the development of workflows, metadata mappings and testing. In addition, he is familiar with setting up and maintaining archive services that Sound & Vision supplies to, for example, FOX Sports (Eredivisie) and he is involved as coordinator in projects such as Natuurbeelden and The One Minutes.
Cor started in August 1989 at the then NOB radio archive as documentalist sports and has had various positions at Sound & Vision since. He has worked, among other things, at the Selection and Metadata Management departments. Because of his long work history, he has a great deal of knowledge of the collection, workflows and the various changes that the archive has undergone over the years.
