Do you have a passion for media, culture, and history? As a volunteer, your contribution is invaluable to our institute. You can put your knowledge and experience to work across various departments. You will become part of an enthusiastic team and help us keep the stories of past and present alive. As soon as volunteer positions become available, we will list them on our website on our vacancies page (dutch only).

The introduction
Time to kick things off! In a live or online conversation with our recruiter, your experience, motivations, and ambitions take center stage. We will tell you everything about Beeld & Geluid as an employer and go over practical matters such as your availability and salary scale.
Second interview
Did sparks fly? Then you will join your future manager and a team member. We will delve deeper into the content of the position, the team dynamics, and your role. Sometimes we ask you to prepare a short case study in advance.
Assessment (optional)
For specific positions, we sometimes use an assessment to see if the role truly suits you. No surprises afterwards: if this is the case, it is always clearly stated in the vacancy text. Offer and finalization
Are we both 100% enthusiastic? Then we will make you a suitable offer! During the employment terms discussion, we will go over the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) and all additional arrangements with you. After this, you will receive the contract in your mailbox, which you can sign digitally immediately.
