As a trusted media expert, Beeld & Geluid aims to strengthen media awareness and digital resilience in the Netherlands. Media literacy is essential for participating in society in a conscious, critical, and active way. That is why we directly link theory to practice and to our media archive. We enhance digital literacy through educational programs, up-to-date teaching materials, such as those accompanying the series Adolescence, masterclasses, and research. Furthermore, as the lead partner of BENEDMO, we are committed to combating disinformation on an international level. Together, we are building a free society that is media-literate.
