Venue hire

Sound & Vision is a wonderful event location with unprecedented facilities. Centrally located in the media city of the Netherlands: Hilversum. Our rooms are very suitable for seminars, conferences and company presentations. But you can also come to us for a sitting dinner, reception or staff party.

Venues

View our selection of special rooms. Welcome your guests in the impressive Atrium, or celebrate a party. Out theater rooms are very suitable for presentations, lectures and film screenings. They can be completely adapted to your style by the LED lighting in the walls and ceilings. The BenG Labs are perfect for meetings of smaller groups.

    Extra facilities

    Cloakroom service

    Sound & Vision has a free, unguarded cloakroom. There are also lockers for your valuables: you pay € 1 per locker per day. It is also possible to use a cloakroom service for your meeting. This service is provided by our caterer and consists of receiving and issuing coats, bags and umbrellas and supervising the cloakroom. The costs for this service are € 25 per hour.
    Sound & Vision is not liable for theft, loss or damage of goods received.

    Cleaning costs

    Standard cleaning costs are included. The Bookings and Events department assesses whether extra cleaning costs apply to your meeting.

    Shop

    Would you like to give your guests a goody bag or a souvenir to remember your successful event? Our Sound & Vision gift shop offers sufficient possibilities for every target group. It’s also possible to give your business associates coupons with a value of € 5 or € 10 (including VAT) to spend in our gift shop.
