P2P-Fusion

The goal of P2P-Fusion was to create an open and efficient media platform for the creative legal reuse of audiovisual works.

The goal of P2P-Fusion was to create an open and efficient media platform for the creative legal reuse of audiovisual works.

Within the project a pilot system has been developed with which content is placed, mixed, reused and linked via a P2P (peer to peer) network. The platform will integrate multiple semantic and social software applications, making it an attractive environment for content communities.

This project was funded by the Sixth Framework Program of the European Commission.
