Idzerda, the first radio broadcaster

Sound & Vision has an online exhibition about the man who was the first to broadcast radio: Hanso Idzerda. That broadcast was about 100 years ago! The online exhibition is mainly about the beginning of radio.

If you want to learn more about the history of media, you can take a look at TMG - Journal for Media History. It's a scientific journal, so perhaps a bit tricky for beginners. It is published online twice a year.
